Easter Sunday!
Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. Let’s not understate the strategic brilliance we are watching unfold.
In the beginning there was a whole region living on edge, constantly worrying about flash points. They knew that a single false move made without forethought, without taking into count the mood and power of the neighbours, might lead to a conflagration.
The region had been fragile for a long time – certainly since 1953 or 75 years ago – when Britain backed by the U.S. destroyed Iranian democracy.
How? By engineering the overthrow of Iran’s democratically elected prime minister, Mohammed Mosaddegh, ensuring that he was arrested and finished his life under house arrest.
Why? Because Mosaddegh led the movement in favour of Iran controlling its own oil and getting a fair price for it. And he believed in democracy. He was the great voice for Iranian democracy.
What followed were pro-Western authoritarian regimes or anti-Western authoritarian regimes. Some were awful. The others were viciously awful.
The key to it all has been the West’s continuing ambition to control Iranian oil and the resulting Iranian anger. Gosh, what did they have to be mad about?

So, the situation has always been delicate. Fragile. The consensus? Outsiders should move carefully.

Mr. Trump’s counter intuitive move? Stomp about. Drop bombs. Talk loud.
The result? The region is in turmoil. For one reason only. Because of Mr. Trump’s strategy.
Brilliant!
Thousands are dead. Phenomenal! Bombs are falling in various directions. Clever! And the dead are made up of a very balanced mix – children, women and the unavoidable men. So professional. So fair. Buildings burning. So colourful!
Here is the really brilliant part of it all. The authoritarian Iranian regime is still in place, perhaps with more public support than ever.
Of course Mr. Trump did all of that on purpose! Don’t short change his intelligence. If he dropped his first bombs – and he is still dropping them – what could his intent have been other than chaos and death.
I mean, if he didn’t expect this outcome, then he would be a fool. An ignorant fool, with no understanding of the region in question, of strategy, careless with the lives of others and with the well being of his own country.
Therefore it can only have been intentional.
And brilliant.
The fact that we cannot understand his logic merely reveals our own feeble minds.
To suggest that he has no understanding of that region would be irresponsible. After all, he is the leader of the most powerful country in the world with access to the finest advice.
True, those people – his U.S. advisors – are fleeing their positions of power or are being fled. Sorry. Fired! That can only mean that they, like me, are not smart enough to understand his logic.
They don’t have the intelligence or professionalism to wait for the happy outcome.
And since Mr. Trump’s actions can only have been intentional – and therefore brilliant – it follows that we must remain calm and wait for his superior logic to reveal its purpose.
Stay calm. Stay happy.

Beautifully put!
A mind to my own thinking. Thanks a thousand times for this, John. I'm consoled to see that there are other people out there who haven't lost their soul. Such is not the case for the Zionists.
